3 bedrooms with double beds (3 separate bathrooms with shower), one single bed, and a dormitory up can be 3 double beds or 6 single beds. It has a kitchen, living room, swimming jacuzzi pool, and a large wrap around terrace.

The capacity for accommodation can be increased up to 15 people.

The villa has is totally secluded and ideal for naturist holidays. Wifi, shaded parking and laundry included. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and a dormitory appartment which sleeps 4 singles with shared bathroom.

The villa is on a 40.000 sqm terrain together with one other villa and a couple of tiny houses. The villa and immediate surrounding is exclusively for you, the rest of the terrain is shared. Possible to rent out all the villa's for events or retreats up to 30 people. See our other listings.

You need a car to get around. Close to all main touristic attractions. Etne nord, Alcantara, Catania, Ortigia

• Water, gas, bedsheets and small towel are included. Bring your own bath/beach towels or rent them at 5 euro pp.

• 5 kW per day of electricity is included. This allows the house to function normally. However if you use the airco with open windows, you will consume a lot more and you will be charged for the extra consumption.

• There is air-conditioning and woodburning fire place for heating.

• There is a washer in the villa
