4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 7 single beds) and 3 bathrooms. It has living room, open plan kitchen, jacuzzi and private swimming pool, and a terrace.
On the ground floor you will find a master bedroom with with matrimonial size bed, and an en suite bedroom with two single beds. Shared bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two other bedrooms : one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and another bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom. On the same floor giving to the outside terrace there is the living room and kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, etc....).
On the lower terrace you have an inviting swimming pool (7 by 4 mt and 1,5 mt deep). Outside on the house terrace there is a jacuzzi. You have over two hectares (5 acres) of land to explore with hundreds of old olive and fruit trees in this very private setting. Ideal for naturists.

Air conditioning/heating in master bedrooms. In the living room there is a woodburning fire place. The house is at 450 meters above sea level and during winter evenings it can get quit chilly.
The house is approx 1 km away from the nearest town Presa and 2 km from Piedimonte Etneo, so a car is essential for this house.

Water, gas, bedsheets and small towel are included. Bring your own bath/beach towels or rent them at 5 euro pp.
5 kW per day of electricity is included. This allows the house to function normally. However if you use the airco with open windows, you will consume a lot more and you will be charged for the extra consumption.
There is air-conditioning and woodburning fire place for heating.
There is a washer in the villa
